Megan Schneider, PA-C is a member of the Summit Health Gastroenterology care team. Ms. Schneider developed a love for medicine early in life, influenced by her mother working as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

Believing strongly in patient-centered care, Ms. Schneider always places her patients first. In her work, Ms. Schneider recognizes the significance of proper communication and compassionate listening to each patient's concerns. She enjoys creating positive relationships with her patients, which she believes greatly improves their health outcomes.

 “The best part about working in medicine is being able to make a difference in someone's life. Although medicine can be challenging at times, making a positive impact, no matter how small, is an extremely rewarding feeling,” says Ms. Schneider.

Aside from her work in medicine, Ms. Schneider has a passion for dancing. It's a hobby she's embraced since the age of two, going on to become a competitive dancer, even throughout her college years. This passion for dance gives her a unique approach to work-life balance, ensuring she remains energized and focused for her patients.
