Karin Wolosz, PT, DPT, is a member of Summit Health’s Physical Therapy Team, specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Karin has spent the majority of her career working in the outpatient setting, which has provided her the opportunity to rehabilitate a diverse patient population. She treats a variety of conditions including orthopedic and neurological injuries, and post-operative healing. Additionally, she has considerable experience treating patients suffering from vestibular conditions such as BPPV, dizziness, and balance impairments.  

Karin believes it is most important to perform a thorough evaluation so that she can find the root cause of her patient's dysfunction. "This allows us to not just treat their symptoms but restore function and sets them up for greater success in achieving and maintaining their goals," she says. For Karin, good communication is crucial so that patients leave their visits feeling like they have been listened too, educated, and understand their individual plan for successful recovery. 

Outside of work, Karin enjoys spending time with her family, running, and traveling.
