Sally Sullivan, FNP is a member of Summit Health’s Cardiology team. Ms. Sullivan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in critical care, emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, acute care, pediatrics, and outpatient care.

Ms. Sullivan is passionate about health and well-being as well as helping others. Her philosophy is to provide high-quality, individualized, and holistic care to her patients in a compassionate setting.

She believes in establishing a rapport and forming a trusting and therapeutic relationship with patients so she can best help them. “I enjoy the connections I make with my patients and seeing the positive impact I am making in their lives,” said Ms. Sullivan.

Outside of work, Ms. Sullivan enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family
