Anne Kim, MD, is a member of Summit Health's Radiation Oncology team. She has extensive experience treating a wide range of cancers, including head and neck, lung, breast, gastrointestinal (GI), and prostate cancers. For 12 years, Dr. Kim served as the Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at Care Point Health System, providing services to the Hudson County community.

Dr. Kim’s approach to high-quality patient care combines expert medical treatment with compassionate emotional support. She strongly believes that the patient’s voice is essential to successful care and that emotional well-being is an important part of any course of treatment.

"When meeting patients for the first time, I aim to educate them about their disease and engage them in a discussion about their treatment options," says Dr. Kim. "This initial visit is an opportunity to ease their anxieties and fears and to remind them that they are not defined by their disease."

Dr. Kim is deeply committed to improving access to high-quality care for underinsured and uninsured patients, firmly believing that a person's health outcomes should never be determined by their socioeconomic status. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring new cuisines with her family. She also has a passion for baking and gardening, often growing her own herbs and vegetables.
