Vivek Natarajan, MD, is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Spine surgeon and a member of Summit Health’s Orthopaedic Spine Surgery team. Dr. Natarajan treats patients of all ages who are experiencing neck or back issues. His decision to pursue a career in healthcare was driven by his desire to use his knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Dr. Natarajan believes in treating each patient the way he would want a family member to be treated. He says, "I know that every patient has family and friends that want to see them get better. That's why I take the time to listen and address their concerns during each visit."

When asked about what he enjoys most about his work, Dr. Natarajan says, "It is incredibly gratifying to see patients go from being in severe pain to being able to return to their lives. I appreciate the opportunity to use my hands to profoundly impact people's lives."

Outside of work, Dr. Natarajan enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children, and their dog. He also likes to read, play guitar, golf, and play basketball. His passion for treating people with kindness and respect extends beyond his professional life and into his personal life, making a positive impact on those around him.
