Mr. Batirbek is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over eight years of clinical experience across multiple specialties and critical care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in nursing from the College of New Rochelle and received his Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner from Lehman College in Bronx, NY.

Prior to joining Summit Health (formerly Westmed Medical Group), Mr. Batirbek worked as a registered nurse at the critical care/step down unit at Stamford Hospital and the orthopedics/medical-surgical departments at New York-Presbyterian Hospital located in Bronxville, NY and North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, which is part of Northwell Health.

Mr. Batirbek is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the Critical Care Nursing Association (CCNA) and the Golden Key International Honor Society.
