About Toni Santillo, PA
Toni Santillo, PA, is a member of the cardiology team at Summit Health. Ms. Santillo received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the Jefferson University Physician Assistant Program in Voorhees, NJ.
Her area of expertise is in preventative cardiovascular disease, atherosclerotic disease, and heart failure. Her approach to patient care is to treat every patient with a holistic philosophy, listening to the patient’s concerns, and then having a discussion to come up with the best possible treatment plan.
An important part of every office visit is making sure the patient is heard. “Sometimes what we think is not important is extremely important or worrisome to that patient,” says Ms. Santillo. She is passionate about talking to people within the community and giving back in a way that makes a difference.
When she is not treating patients, Ms. Santillo enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces and nephews. She loves playing with her nine-month-old Portuguese water dog, going to soccer games, and traveling within and outside of the United States.
