Evan Conquest, MS, OTR/L is a member of Summit Health's Occupational Therapy team. Mr. Conquest specializes in hand therapy, treating patients with hand, wrist, and elbow dysfunction. He treats a wide range of conditions including fractures, dislocations, nerve injuries, tendon repairs, amputations, contractures, arthritis and impaired upper extremity use, and he is experienced in working with both children and adults. In addition, he is trained in the fabrication of custom orthoses, which can be designed to aid patients who need joint protection or help with improving their range of motion.

Mr. Conquest takes a patient-centered approach to care. He prioritizes creating a therapeutic environment where patients can maximize their rehabilitation and ultimately get back to the activities they enjoy most. He especially loves hearing from patients who have regained the ability to do something that was once challenging. “Being able to provide a service that affects people in a positive way is extremely rewarding,” he says.

In his free time, Mr. Conquest enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, and playing the guitar.
