Jennifer M. Porter, MSW, LCSW is a member of Summit Health's Behavioral Health and Cognitive Therapy team. Ms. Porter treats a wide range of emotional and situational issues and has an extensive background in domestic violence survivor services. She also has an interest in working with individuals experiencing fertility challenges.

Ms. Porter believes in empowering her patients to have an active voice in their treatment goals, and she prioritizes creating a safe environment where patients feel heard. “Meeting patients where they are on their journey and walking with them through their goal attainment and symptom relief is paramount to my work,” she said.

Outside the office, Ms. Porter enjoys spending time with family and long walks with her beagle. She’s also enthusiastic about raising awareness of intimate partner violence and sexual assault.
